The hood is more sculpted, and the front bumper and fenders are updated for a truly confident SUV expression. The XC90 is available with five, six or seven seats. 11.2-inch centre display
Control navigation, entertainment and driver support functions from the free-standing 11.2-inch centre display. Its anti-glare touchscreen means maps, media and more are displayed with crisp readability, even in full sun. The display is designed to help keep your attention on the road. Its vertical orientation shows more of what's ahead when navigating. A fixed menu on the bottom gives you quick access to the home screen, climate controls and car settings.
Performance & Powertrain
The Volvo XC90 offers two mild-hybrid powertrains, combining power and refinement in this large three-row SUV. The B5 pairs a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder with a 48-volt system to produce 247 horsepower, ideal for smooth everyday driving. The B6, which uses the same engine but adds a supercharger, raises output to 295 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque, bringing the 0–60 mph time down to around 6.7 seconds for more confident merging and passing. In both cases, all-wheel drive and an 8-speed automatic transmission come standard, combining controlled power with energy efficiency.
